"Armenian Electricity Supply Networks" CJSC was evaluated by the only participant and bought at a much lower price . The State will get only $ 12 million from that bargain which is as well lower by a few dozens times. Besides, the tender held runs counter to the Armenian Constitution - the buyer is not specified in the power resourecs field.
